File a Warranty Claim

Basham's Furniture offers extended protection plans through Consumer Priority Service (CPS). All extended warranty claims, service requests, and coverage inquiries must be filed directly with CPS through their online claims portal at www.cpscentral.com or by calling their customer service line.

Please note:

  • CPS protection plans are provided and administered by Consumer Priority Service, not Basham's Furniture.

  • Basham's Furniture is not responsible for decisions made by CPS regarding claim approvals, service timelines, or coverage limitations.

  • All warranty coverage is subject to CPS’s terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing the full policy details before purchasing.

  • Filing a claim requires proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Claims should be filed promptly after the issue occurs.

  • Coverage does not begin until after the manufacturer's warranty expires unless otherwise stated.
